This is a plain-language map of the platform — what each page does, who it's for, and an example of how to reach it. If you already know the Google or Facebook sitemap format, this one works the same way: pick a section, pick a link.
What this page is: a full directory of Verified Biz Exchange, grouped the way people actually use the site — browsing, selling, franchising, managing an account, and reading our policies. Every link below is a real, working page. Where a page can be customised with a filter (a county, a category, a listing reference), we show you the pattern with a worked example rather than listing every possible combination.
Each section below is a category of pages. Inside each category you'll find:
Think of this the way you'd think of a shopping mall directory board. It won't repeat every single shop-and-shelf combination, but it will tell you exactly which floor to go to, and what you'll find when you get there.
The core of Verified Biz Exchange: browsing, searching, and viewing businesses, commercial leases, and rentals for sale across Kenya.
The main landing page — featured listings, quick category tabs, and top counties.
The full, filterable directory of every business, lease, rental, and franchise on the platform.
Each individual business has its own page, reached by its unique listing ID from the search results — never by guessing a URL.
Looking for a shop to rent in Kiambu? Combine a tab and a county filter in one address: /listings?tab=rent&county=KIAMBU. You can also just type "shop to rent Kiambu" into the search bar at the top of any page — it builds this same link for you.
Verified Biz Exchange only allows verified sellers to publish listings. This section is the entire journey from application to an approved, published listing.
Once your application reaches the payment step, you'll be guided through a secure Paystack checkout and shown a status page confirming your reference number — you don't need to bookmark that step separately, since Track My Application always brings you back to it.
Under the Business Registration Service Act (Cap. 499), every business name and company in Kenya is recorded with the Registrar of Companies. Our verification step checks a seller's identity and business registration details against this kind of public record before they're allowed to list, which is the basis of the "Verified" badge you see on listings. Full detail is in our Terms of Use, Section 4 — Verification.
A dedicated directory for franchisors offering opportunities in Kenya, separate from the general business marketplace.
Browse, filter, and search all franchise opportunities currently listed.
A single franchise opportunity's full profile — photos, key facts, franchisor summary, and similar franchises.
Franchise listings are submitted and managed by franchisors through the same account and verification system used by business sellers — see Section 3 above and Section 5 below.
One page — /login — handles signing in, creating an account, and (once you're signed in) your entire seller dashboard. There isn't a separate address for each dashboard screen; instead, the dashboard has tabs you switch between after signing in.
Inside the dashboard, the following tabs are available. All of them require you to be signed in, and none of them have their own separate web address — they load inside /login?dashboard=1:
| Dashboard Tab | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Overview | A snapshot of your listings, ads, and recent activity |
| My Listings | Manage the businesses you've published |
| My Ads | Manage paid promotional ad bookings |
| Start Selling | Create a new listing (once verified) |
| Pricing | Review and upgrade your listing package |
| Advertise | Book and design an advertising slot |
| Analytics | Views, enquiries, and ad performance for your listings |
| Invoices | Download invoices for payments you've made |
| Transactions | Your full payment history |
| Messages | Enquiries from prospective buyers |
| Notifications | Account and listing status alerts |
| Settings | Profile details, password, and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) |
2FA setup, backup codes, and trusted-device management live inside the Settings tab of your dashboard — there's no separate public page for it, which is intentional: account security screens are only ever shown to a signed-in, verified session, never to a logged-out visitor or a search engine.
Once you're ready to book an advertising slot, that's done from the Advertise tab of your dashboard (see Section 5), where creative upload and Paystack payment are handled together.
Our story, mission, and how the verification process protects buyers and sellers.

Our policies are written in plain language wherever possible, alongside the specific Kenyan law each section relies on.
Verified Biz Exchange is a registered business name in Kenya (Business Registration Number BN-AYSOQ59Q), recorded under the Business Registration Service Act (Cap. 499, Section 14) — it is not incorporated as a limited liability company under the Companies Act, 2015. This distinction matters for ownership and liability, and it is explained in full in Terms of Use, Section 3 — Who We Are.
Want the exact rule on how long we keep your National ID copy after verification? Go directly to /privacy#retention rather than reading the whole Privacy Policy from the top — every anchor above jumps straight to that subsection.
For anything urgent — a payment that didn't go through, or a listing that needs attention — WhatsApp is generally the fastest channel; the button appears on every listing and in the header of most pages.
This page is written for people. Search engines like Google use a separate, structured XML file to discover and index our pages automatically — the same file format Google's own Search Central documentation describes for any website.
Our machine-readable sitemap is published at /sitemap.xml and referenced from our /robots.txt file. If you're a person reading this, you don't need it — this page already covers the same ground with explanations.
In the interest of full disclosure: not every page in our codebase is meant to be public, and we don't link to the ones that aren't. This is standard practice for any platform handling identity documents and payments, and it mirrors the anti-scraping and access-control protections described in our Privacy Policy, Section 15 — How We Protect Your Data, and the "no scraping" rule in our Terms of Use, Section 14 — Intellectual Property. Our robots.txt file is the technical version of this same list.
These exist to run the platform but are not part of the public sitemap, are not linked from any page you can reach while signed out, and are protected by authentication, session checks, and rate-limiting:
Attempting to access, probe, or scrape these systems without authorisation is an offence under the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, No. 5 of 2018, in addition to breaching our Terms of Use.
If a page you expected isn't listed here, it may not exist yet, or it may be one of the account-only screens described in Section 5.
